Good point, Agent. IF NuCore has seen the DFS along with the directors and then it's been sent back to the engineers to do some more work on it, they wouldn't be allowed to buy or sell PEN shares as it would be insider trading. And it would be quite reasonable to assume they have seen it, either as part of their due diligence or early involvement of the director-to-be. A few IFs there but quite feasible.
