Mine dirt and then say the company is broke........alienate shareholders so much so that no one will participate in the CR........all in the know will fully participate and own a much larger share and then suddenly mine gold...bingo ... everyone in the know....... board and family and associates........rich as
They know that very few existing shareholders would participate and do they really need $10 m when they have the note covered by Gandel. This CR was just an excuse to wipe up existing shareholders and increase their own percentage. The whole thing has been staged .
We have good reason to appoint an administrator but how do we go about it
