I was looking at Canstar to see the difference it ratings between G8 and Guardian after reading the above news.
Considering some of the accounts that G8 was lacking in customer service, hence the lower occupancy, I was surprised to see them as the highest rated group of centres. Link below:

What is Canstar based on anyway? a very small sample size? Or is it very comprehensive. It's great to see G8 seen as the best centre based on the site.
