Australian Childcare Brokers co-owner Andrew Kelly stated:
"We think the market will soften. In the last eighteen months there has been massive growth in development applications for Childcare sites", he said.
"Along the east coast of Australia there has been more than 2000 DAs submitted for Childcare centres in the last 18 months and there are only 4500 Childcare centres currently on the entire east coast.
That's almost an increase of 50 per cent which is unsustainable and that will have an impact on prices."
