The catholic diocese increasing its holding in ECEC is new and isn't restricted to The Hunter region. Families flock to centres close to schools and even better if the centre is on school grounds.
Yes, you are correct, it's not only G8 who are experiencing struggles with securing enrolments. I note that a large boutique group of centres in Sydney, who three years ago had a 12 month waiting list, are advertising one month free if you enrol before 31 May.
It takes around two to three years to turn an underperforming centre around. For the sake of children, families and shareholders I hope G8 can do it.
