You keep saying this like its a terrible thing. If the above options etc had not been offered and sold this company would have been dead in the water around 6 months ago. The new management had no choice but to raise capital and try to turn this around - which they are doing. The options are there - the CR s that they are attached to pretty much saved the company. again.. without them you would not have the option of having a go at management all the time for the options cos quite simply it would be non existent..
