What is of concern is the fact that we have still not heard anything of the review findings. On September 9th in the highly-contentious VSU news release they stated 'Pending finalisation of the investigations referred to above, the Company requests that its securities remain in voluntary suspension. This will also enable the Company to assess these issues in the context of the findings and recommendations of the Riverstone review, which are expected to be delivered to the Albidon board within the next two weeks. As these findings will address operational issues, the Company’s debt and equity structure and appropriate board and management composition, the Board’s adoption of these recommendations will have a potentially significant impact on the Company’s future.'
Of course the company refuses to answer the simple question of when will shareholders be informed of the findings. Even Alan Jury has now gone into hiding.
