I agree, its great to see an article that doesn't end with some apocalyptic drama queen quote from "Debs" about the end of the world if the mine goes ahead.

Things are slowly starting to get squared away now, (hopefully) one court date to go then we can get things moving!

Does anyone know if either of these cases can be appealed after this? Ive lost track of everything now.

We are still waiting on the climate change ruling too, bout time that was handed down or do we suspect that all 3 decisions will be handed down in quick succession?
