However, and it's a big "however" it would require the environmental court judges to again see another substantive point of law worth debating. Given the F&B were forced to drop more points than they raised + were unwilling to reach any type of agreement it's more likely than not their now out of ammo.
We're still waiting on climate change decision since early March. Gee the actual sea tempature is sure to have changed and Icarus still didn't listen to his father's warning.
The good news for F&B and the like is that they can say from all the years of protesting is that they saved a snail population. Ironcially, it was never endangered when they started collecting 10,000 samples more than they reported as still existed from just a small area.
