II think we can take it that China wants this project, and they are the only ones currently indicating they are prepared to fund it at some stage.
I have held GGG in the past and have followed it long term. I strongly suspect the China connection is holding back political progress. A waiting game is being played on all sides, to the detriment of the SP.
We should have seen a positive response in the SP at the news of the BFS.
GME badly needs a major western miner to step in, to satisfy the European sentiment. A problem is that GME brings no money to the table. There is a long, long way to go yet.
I think The Chinese tie up is very positive, probably essential, regarding marketing of the products. Maybe a JV with Western interests?

They should be looking at other possibilities. Who benefits from this project going ahead?
- Tesla motor company - they need 10 Kg REE in every car
- General Electric - they need 300 Kg REE in every wind turbine
- Siemens - ditto
- Electricite de France - 75% of generation in France is from nuclear
- Australian Future Fund - a perfect project for them Australian owned - high tech - enhances low carbon power generation
- Apple computer - they need the cerium for the perfect polished screens
