    Like I said in my previous post it is my opinion that the that the Thai government committed an act of indirect expropriation on KCN and to be verified by the arbitration process .

    MTR supporters and investors that are overly supportive of corporation action ie board spill another board really aren’t long term holders have no clue of the context or history.

    MTR interfering with KCN right to seek legal recourse. When Thai government commits an act of indirect expropriation on Australian mid cap mining company. It is the Australian investors that must bear the loss. KCN was in survival mode and had to pay down those debts to Thai banks, Akara resources the subsidiary of KCN that owns the land, property plant and equipment would have reverted to the banks. As stated in dambradstreet’s post the strip ratio plan went out of the window.

    I am sure MTR (which clearly champions of non ligitiation) who have just taken what The Thai government served up, let shareholders assets go to the bank. Because why not they got vast resources and very famous investors like Sprott and co.
