fwiw I am still waiting on the sidelines in case MT can convince me they have a plan.
If KCN have plundered their own mine in an act of vandalism to secure early b/e to an extent that it is unsustainable... that KCN don't want it now...
It probably means KCN have forfitted their right to any compo too.

It would seem MT have a plan to restore value.
It's your choice whether to listen to MT or not but I think the alternative is a long painful legal case that looks to be on shakey ground to me.
