There's nothing in it which really says anything to contradict that CSS is down and out. They mention the nasty health problems of the kingfish and as usual they say there's a big challenge with the tuna and they haven't done it yet but hope to. There's nothing new in it and CSS is still in a worse position than ever with no progress with the tuna since the first spawn, a nasty financial situation and health issues with the YTK with nothing solid to suggest things are improving. They haven't even offered any details.
