The proper way forward is for ASIC in the public interest to order mines experts to examine the "delays" in getting this mine to predicted production. Some comments on this site are heresay and suspicions. We need facts with mining experts going in and getting the truth. We may find that little can be done to improve production and investors have been misled or mistakes have been rectified and production will meet targets. Regardless of the findings this has gone on too long and taints the gold mining industry. The shieks in Dubai who threw lots of dough at this mine will no doubt be bad mouthing this mine now and worse still will probably sell their shares at a big loss.
