BUT implying that GCN is going to save a TV network? GCN cannot it earn money off its own wifi or IPTV? GCN has no significant advertisers on its Wifi or sites anymore.

It's lack of ability to make revenue for itself is pretty clear... yet you are supposing the TV networks will pay GCN for their services? isn't that like throwing good money after bad.
