Page 3 of the prospectus says 28th March is the closing date.

However it also says, among other details, that the Company may extend the offer period without notice to potential investors.

That looks a nonsense to me. I can't see any point in extending the offer period without announcing the extension to potential investors.

So I guess we shall hear something today - closure or extension. Presumably the announcement to ASX will be made under the code POR.
