We were told about 1-2 years ago that the demo plant was completed just that some temporary valves used were not robust enough for continuous operation and that some specially designed valves needed to be made in Canada. Thereafter, we heard that the valves were delayed probably because APG is too small (or more like the order was too small) for the valve maker to put a high priority on them. Then we don't hear about them anymore until now that we need another 7 months and $12M to complete the plant.
