What does AP want.. 34% of a diluting exploration company or 17% of a company thats drilling to become another 10yr feed for NST plant next door.. the next round of drilling is going to take millions at depth and at todays SP and the market's sentiment regarding ever investing in this company again would suggest the next raise would have to be much much lower than this to even consider, effectively diluting him in a way that probably doesn't sit within the dream formed over the years he has sat on this bit of ground.
if next results come in trumps.. bring in NST and fix this trainwreck of an investment for his investors IMO
