I am going to take a punt on the previously mentioned location in Switzerland, which I suppose is Northwest Europe:

This is a UK company, hence the references to the UK, and it is mentioned in the website that they are in an oil prone regions, and looking for a mean of 720BCF of gas as mentioned by the latest SUR announcement.
