Why would an India company give a ratstossbag about the interests of Aussie shareholders.
They are just after coal for their steel mills at the cheapest possible price. Since when do Indians pay top dollar for anything?
Their traditional system of trade involves bartering.
They have seized the day brilliantly on three fronts.
The downturn in commodity stock share prices, the weakening of our dollar and the foreign investment law relating to companies capitalised under 50 million.
Great for them but not for existing domestic shareholders.
