I believe that this is a great deal for all, including us shareholders. Kevin has guaranteed that BWN will be transformed from "just another explorer" to a serious producer within 24 mths in a climate that is impossible to raise funds for such a project, meaning if not for this deal BWN would be like all the other explorers, burning money & goin nowhere.
The Indians just want guaranteed supply of coal at the correct price. They will not be looking to takeover ..... why would they want to spend $x million for that when they don't have to ?
Also they will not be "trading / shorting" etc as would the big funds etc if BWN needed to bring them in to raise capital for development.
This is the perfect outcome & I take my hat off to Kevin & the crew & would back him on any deal / investment.
