    1. Ogrin didn't sell a whole heap of shares because he thinks there is a long growth story.
    2. Not only do they use CashRewards but they PAID more to a user via a cashback than the user paid for a service for the first month. Thousands of people signed up just for the $32 cashback. (Source: https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/311865)
    3. They have gave out thousands of 6 month services for free when people joined Click Energy. That won't avoid customer churn. You didn't even have to sign up to the service to get a free 6 month service. (Source: https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/315360)
    4. Plans have been discounted yet again, this surely will reduce margins.
    5. Vaya is becoming irrelevant as Amaysim is starting to become such a cheap brand in terms of pricing.
    6. NBN margins are non-existent and people will take up their 6 month special price offer and then churn. MyRepublic and others are cheaper for higher speed tiers.
    7. The telco market is more competitive than ever now.
    8. The retail energy market is more competitive than ever too.
