Agree. I doubt that the US market will act very rationally until after the elections in November. Even then I think it will take a couple of months for the new government to establish its financial credentials. I am guesstimating that the world markets will start to turn around sometime after February next calendar and will probably take until June until the upturn is entrenched.

My wild ass guess is as good as anybody's :-)
