    Interesting when legal behavior confronts ethics in the world of public companies.

    After all who could forget, John Dawkins pointing out to all who would listen prior to floating Vocation that only big rollup companies could provide the quality so separately needed in the VET sector. (Of course that was before he declared his Chairmanship).
