Thanks for the link. I've just had brief look at the document and it seems to me that Sterling have done a good deal. They fund the government's participation which they would have otherwise had to let lapse for lack of $s, and get production revenues and other spin-offs. They talk about possible other oil revenue from Tevet tie-in and Tiof????
Everyone wants a piece of Mauritania it would seem. Surprising that no majors have stepped in - perhaps that's because of the tight bond WPL has with HDR. This means that a major would have to take out WPL rather than HDR (because WPL wouldn't let them take out HDR). That's great for us hey!!!
Looking forward to results for Capitaine this week - celebrations if its a gusher and buying cheaper if its not.
