Yes I would say that if Capitaine shows a 100+ column of oil then it's all on.
All those other salt domes and sand channels will be lookin' very good.
Then Shell might go for WPL again. Shell need more reserves. And with all the hassles over East Timor access, Woodside may well walk away and Costello may agree to a T/O.

I hope that Hardman get bank financing for it instead of another capital raising.
With the price of oil what it is now, paying back loan money will be a breeze.
