we do because we are issuing a lot of shares, ie more than 10% of issued capital.
Also, Cockatoo would be considered a major asset of PLV and i would think then require shareholder approval to divest it, regardless of if they are a related party.
that presuposes that any new deal includese an equity arrangement also.
