I don't have any feel for what the options with Timeone are except giving in to them
Since the existence of the supposed hurt money with the JTC turned out to be non existent (maybe due to PLV pulling out) I doubt that the "binding" agreement with Timeone will have any enforcible penalties

For someone to try a takeover they must have relationships with the Mayala covered along with EPA, native title etc
Without Tony this would probably be too hard for foreigners until later on

But I believe the company has been exposed by not having strengthened the board earlier
Having an outgoing chairman with Chinese and PR exposures would have helped

Unfortunately I have a big enough holding not to be able to forget about it having started at over $2 and partaken in some S708 placements along the way
