I think these guys will pay the 35.5c a share but will want a far larger piece of the co. maybe a 70/30 deal, PLV is a developing cash strapped co. which leaves them open to the wolves, they need the cash and a offtake deal, they will get it all from ss&t, just lock it in and lets try and bring some money into the coffers, the sp will slowly creep back up, there is no time to be looking around, good luck Tony its a tough time for you, and this will sure test your mettle
