    Well you could have waited but if you did and the port approval had come through, you'd have missed it.

    I doubt 12.5 or 11.5c as the purchase price will make much difference.

    If things work out well - IFE (Port), OGX (Bulk Sample), TRF with tin and twin peaks (plus other options open to it), really shouldn't matter.

    If things dont work out, then losing just 1c more per share wont help either.

    Having said that I can see why someone would sell, wouldn't be my choice, but say you sold at 11.5, and bought in the SP for 12c (10:1 ratio, so only sell a portion), you also have the options. They have a value. Lets call that value 2.5c. So you could still make money. You sold for 11.5, paid 12, but had a 2.5c option. You could bag yourself a couple of cents.... There will always be those looking for that type of scenario.
