The co has made it clear that it is an aquistion of some sort...does anyone know if another aussie stock announced a trading halt same time? If so, that will give us a pretty good idea of which aussie company, if not, I dare say it will be an O/S co...which country did the executives last do a roadshow?
Either way, my only concerns is that 20 million (10 aside for other projets) ain't going to buy you much, so I think there there is a risk they may dilute the s/price further (issue shares to other company or new issues. It clearly isn't a merger of equal rights?
Anyhow, I have been in since 2c so am sitting tight!
