Did you notice the words 'LATE LAST EVENING' in the trading halt statement? You have to bring into question the entire DERM process and thinking when they haven't even got the balls to advise the company of their 'decision' until the last minute. They also question some of the environmental reports submitted. It suggests to me that they think everyone is just as corrupt as them.
