Yes they can force you to sell, they can even make you shift your unshiftabe house.
Foundations are full of polystyrene, not a solid concrete base.
you are not allowed to rent them or take on a tenant to help with the ground rent, which in my opinion is very expensive.
Its all in the contract, sounds good if you read it quick, very important to engage a solicitor prior to purchase.
