Quite sad - your post demonstrates a lack of knowledge about the industry which you try to replace with (for this forum) quite misplaced political activism.

So, you are saying that evil INA took an (in your view) too big bite from the meagre pension increases of their residents and now the market is punishing evil INA? Is this what you say?

Just wondering, why INA's shareprice is moving quite in harmony with the others in the industry (and yes, at current all REITS are down)? For sure - there must be one company not trying to recover their costs but gifting cheap accomodation to elderlies ... and this special company than must have the best SP of all? Which company would that be? Maybe the guys renting out the castle in the clouds?

Here is news for you: The retirement village sector overall is currently under pressure ... and this has nothing to do with taking a larger slice than you seem to think they deserve of some pensioners increases .... it is related to increasing interest rates, increasing inflation and real estate being under pressure. Do you expect private companies to secretly print money in their cellars to make up for the higher costs they have to carry?

Obviously - as soon as interest rates and prices stabilize, the tide will turn again ... and until then I would consider INA as a hidden value game.

The tsunami of retired people looking for a great place to spend their sunset years continues to grow ... and actually, compared to the competition does INA offer for agile elderlies a quite reasonable priced product and a hard to beat lifestyle.

As a shareholder I expect that they keep running a profitable business by offering a superior product to a competitive price - instead of giving away their product to make some political activists happy by ruining their company ...
