I agree with your sentament.

As for MMX the value is still closer to 5.5cents than the 3.5 to 4.0 the board is advising.

The reason being the ongoing and wind up costs are excessive! Also, and only this morning did the MMX board come clean on the proposal for the Cashmere investment which based on the Cashmere annual reports and transactions in its shares is worth closer to $7m rather than the $2m that is currently on MMX books.
