lizorr: Ask yourself why MTU is announcing a $2m investment in a tiny company. Keep in mind MTU has a market cap of $1bn. Is this really such a significant event that MTU should announce it to the ASX?
If MTU wanted to acquire IAB surely it would just do so. Telegraphing such a move by announcing an initial $2m investment... why? Do they *want* other people to drive up the price so they can spend more? Who wants to pay more than they have to?
Think about what alternative motives may be.
