    16 years of inaction is obviously not satisfactory in itself but there are other examples of similar instances (bauxite north along the coast=Mitchel Plateau, and if any of you have a go at pegging over the retention lease I want a share of the action as commission!).

    However when you add the inaction to two 'courier' /mail stuff ups (as earlier posters have identified on the CAZ website), and the MOU/way forward argument-RIO (which I happily hold) favourable outcome is looking pretty slim at the moment.

    I did not need to have dinner with an elderly QC (my old man!) to know that one.

    The level of certainty is still beyond my comfort zone (never trust polies!) so am not a CAZ holder . In personal dealings with Nathan ,there are few 'sharper' guys in the industry. Tough, but fair and knows tenement practice backwards. (Thats why Twiggy wanted him on a consultancy deal in the first place).
