As the lease is PENDING it is my understanding that CAZ are not allowed to do anything.
Looking at all the exemptions for RIO I must admit that I have changed my tune. They DO NOT deserve to hold this ground. Whether that turns out to be the opinion of Mr Carpenter is another matter...
