that's right hardrock. lease is still pending, so CAZ cannot do anything yet. Once granted they can drill, work out what resources and estimates of ore they have (via Echelon). When they are ready to mine, a Mining Lease over the area needs to be lodged. This was the bottle neck in he DOIR before, hopefully with the recent mining law changes this TOUCH WOOD should be granted within 3 months.
