Hardrock,thanks for the info.Can we assume then that if the less than onerous reguirements have been complied with (and can be verified) the 16 year arguement is a legal nonstarter?.If this is the case Cazalys claim to the lease hinges solely on the staking issues imo a somewhat weakened case.
