this was already announced.. just the bidders statement out today.... now DIO board will respond, which is the starting point for any further action by way of other parties bidding or a revised offer from AVO
the close today suggests it will need to be at least 2.5 to 1 if not better, and that doesn't take into account any other offers that may come from La Mancha or other parties wanting to lead a consolidation of smaller WA producers
