brent mclaws is based in the USA. he has 17 million odd shares. if i was in his shoes i would be causing merry hell, would not have tolerated the situation slipping into this state of affairs.
the current board have done NOTHING to protect shareholder value, they have idly sat by as the shareprice slipped below 10c, down to these laughable 3c levels...
plenty of well qualified people that would love to be on the board of DDT. brent should be calling an EGM, wiping the slate clean, appointing a group of fresh professionals that are motivated to work hard and get the company back where it belongs...
i seriously believe this company has substance. the j/v with csiro is testament to the quality of the product....i seriously think the current sp is a con-job to lace the pockets of a certain few.
definately being run as a private company and not a public one. i have it on good authority that ASX/ASIC are watching DDT closely.
