Québec is also supporting the Mine Arnaud project by spending $ 2.5 million to carry out tests on the land. The government also confirms an agreement between Mine Arnaud and the Port and Rail Company of Pointe-Noire for transshipment of apatite. The dignitaries emphasized the docking of the first ship at the multi-user wharf. This $ 220 million infrastructure entered into operation for the first time since the end of its construction in 2015.
