I would imagine going by the codes that it was a portfolio special crossing by brokers. Generally these are agreed before the trade and the price is put through at the agreed price, thus it is termed as an off market trade.
I guess you have to be in the big end of town to do deals like this, us small fellas do an off market transfer form and send it in.
