Hi Rusty, I've spoken with two separate Westpac trading support people as I wanted to make sure that the initial information I was given about fee free DRS transfers from US Computershare was correct. The second agent confirmed the first agent's info so I am confident this is correct. I'm still not 100% sure of what you mean in regards to no timeframes being given?
Thanks goodness we have each other to help work this out because I'm not seeing a lot of help from the company sadly!
