If I were in his shoes, I would expect the onus is on the sender to copy Investor Relations on their message, if it is a question that can be answered by them. After all, aren't we acting a bit entitled to think it is our due that the CEO respond to each and every shareholder? The fact that he does a stellar job doing so when he has the time, is something you should be thankful for.

The fact remains Joel's move is not a 'personal excuse' and you know it.
The fact remains that if you want your email message to end up in the hands of the right person, send it to them in the first place.

Christ almighty. The ceo shouldn't even be answering emails from random plebs. Do you know how nuts that sounds?

Can you imagine sending an email to any CEO from any company on the ASX that's top 50. Not a single one of them would reply personally.

It just reeks of amateurism.

One email I received regards the roadshows was riddled with spelling errors and poor grammar. Talk about red flags.

As for Joel being 'stressed' with the move, give me a break. He goes first, gets his ducks in a row and then the family follows.

The fact he has time to reply personally to emails and not issue a statement about the balls up the redomicile has been is telling.
