    180ktpa of 'cornerstone' Chinese 'binding off-takes' disappear to be replaced by Russian Nuclear MOU with zero mention of ktpa. So stretching it just a little to say MNS closer to fulfilling 240ktpa BFS economics. Is it really all downhill from today?
