You will never know that as you will never get to read the contract. However why would the Russian company give two hoots as to who MNS sells their battery grade graphite to?? The Ruskies are only interested in Jumbo and super jumbo and provided they get there contacted amount why would they care??
Infact they would understand to even get the jumbo MNS needs to sell its other feed stock to other companies??
