    i don't know if i feel the same way as you do about performance

    i am not sure when he got the incentive options but i would've thought if i was in his shoes would want the sp to be way above that level at least one year in advance not 3 to 4 months left? wouldn't you?

    the other question i have is how much of his own money has he put on the line to buy shares or options on the market?

    Does he have much to lose even if those options lapse without being exercised?
