Steve Graves was part of the the team that took Orchard from 5c to an 82c buyout, as a previous shareholder that was one of the best performing stocks I have ever had!

Sam Russotti has been at the helm for 7 yrs he built the revenues from nothing to around a net $700k per month, without his guidance this company would probably be like the majority of US O&G ASX co's in the US - up the creek without a paddle. I am sure his guidance will continue to provide value to us shareholders.
